Been awhile since Wired members have posted in this blog. We just landed two major projects and they’re taking up most of our time now. We can’t divulge yet what these are, as we are still on the development phase. I have just been appointed the role of Project Manager (an accidental one at that), and I’m struggling to learn the ropes. Thus, I am now reading this book >> The Accidental Project Manager, which I hope will enlighten me on this challenging job. For a newbie, the online tools are helpful as they provide templates on the different documentation needed throughout the project - from planning to deployment. As I am not very adept with technical stuff, other Wired members got me covered on that!
Though we expect to be busy until probably the end of this year, please do come back for future posts, as we intend to continue what we have started here…
